How to Pay for fees and excursions

Bpay

Bpay is the preferred method of payment and is available for the payment of School Fees only.ÌýPayments can be made through internet banking by quoting the Biller Code and Customer Reference Number (CRN) located on your school fee statement.

Please note that the Bpay Biller Code and your CRN have been updated in 2024. This code is available on the Term 1 Fee Statement or in Compass.

Direct Debit

Payment of School Fees by Direct Debit will require completion of the relevant paperwork.ÌýYou may elect to pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Direct Debits run all year round including school holidays.Ìý

Please contact Robert JonasÌývia email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) to set up your Direct Debit. All Direct Debits are to be altered at the beginning of the new school year to reflect current fees.

Compass Pay

Fee payments can be made through the Compass Portal/Mobile App.

Cash and EFTPOS

Cash and EFTPOSÌýpayments may be made in person at the Front Office of both theÌýSt Peter's Campus (Isabella Plains)Ìýand Padua Campus (Wanniassa).

Credit Card Payments

Credit Card payments (using Mastercard or Visa) may be made in person or over the telephone. Please call us on 6209 5224 to make a payment over the phone.


Qkr! Payment System

The College formerly used the Qkr! App and Website for the payment ofÌýschool fees, excursions,Ìýand other school items. From 2024, the College will no longer use Qkr! for the payment of school fees and excursions.

Qkr!Ìýwill still be used for miscellaneous items, community programs, and donations. Please view our Qkr page for more information:
